I am a postdoctoral researcher in Unité de Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées (UMPA), CNRS UMR 5669 - ENS Lyon under the supervision of Hélène Leman, Hélène Morlon and Amaury Lambert, currently working on multiscale approaches in population genetics.

The core of my research activity is the deterministic/stochastic modelling and study of complex phenomena from biology and life sciences. More precisely, I am interested in:
  • Population genetics;
  • Metabolic heterogeneity in cell populations;
  • Statistical tests of independence on point processes;
  • (Meta)Population dynamics;
  • Optimal control in epidemiology;

    2018 - 2021

    PhD in Applied Mathematics

    École Polytechnique

    Palaiseau, France

    My thesis was supervised by Sylvie Méléard, Carl Graham and Jérôme Harmand. It was about developing mathematical models for a better comprehension of bacterial metabolic heterogeneity (see PhD THESIS).

    2017 - 2018

    Master's degree in Mathematics

    Félix Houphouêt-Boigny University

    Abidjan, Ivory Coast

    Probability, statistics and their applications in life-sciences (see M2PSAV).

    2013 - 2017

    Master 1 in Mathematics

    university of Dschang

    Dschang, Cameroon

    I did this Master in Mathematical analysis after a licence in Mathematics and Computer-Science in the same university.
